Welcome to Rank It High. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, business directory, free listing submissions, marketing services, website packages, maintenance plans, content services, lead forms, and related online services.

By using this website, submitting your information, requesting a free business listing, purchasing a service, or communicating with Rank It High, you agree to these Terms.

  • About Rank It High

Rank It High provides website design, basic local SEO setup, website maintenance, business directory listings, Facebook visibility support, review request automation, lead follow-up systems, and related marketing services for local businesses.

Our services are designed to help businesses improve their online presence, look more professional, and make it easier for potential customers to find and contact them. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead volume, sales, revenue, customer reviews, or business results.

  • Free Business Listing

Rank It High may offer free business listing opportunities through our website directory, social media pages, and local Facebook groups.

Submitting your business does not guarantee approval, placement, publication, promotion, or permanent listing. We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, remove, pause, or decline any listing at our discretion.

Free Business Listing Week may be offered for a limited time each month. Once the submission window closes, new requests may be reviewed during the next available listing cycle.

Qualified businesses may receive pre-approved access to post in certain local Facebook groups. This access is not guaranteed and may be revoked if group rules are violated or if the content submitted is misleading, inappropriate, spammy, unlawful, or unrelated to the group purpose.

  • Business Information Submitted

By submitting your business information, you confirm that the information is accurate, lawful, and that you have the authority to submit it on behalf of the business.

You give Rank It High permission to use the submitted business name, logo, images, service descriptions, contact information, website link, social media links, promotions, and related business details for directory listings, social media posts, group features, promotional mentions, and marketing-related exposure.

You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, images, videos, text, or business materials you provide do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

  • Website and Marketing Services

Rank It High offers website setup packages, maintenance plans, visibility services, review request automation, lead follow-up systems, and optional content add-ons.

All package details, pricing, included features, and limitations will be listed on the website, proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement at the time of purchase.

Website packages may include design, layout, basic SEO setup, content placement, contact forms, click-to-call buttons, review links, Facebook setup, Google Business Profile support, directory listing features, and other items depending on the selected package.

Features not listed as included are not included unless separately purchased or agreed to in writing.

  • Maintenance Plans

Monthly maintenance plans may include hosting, SSL, backups, technical updates, contact form monitoring, basic security checks, minor technical fixes, and keeping the website live and functional.

Maintenance plans do not include content creation, new pages, redesigns, full SEO campaigns, paid ads, social media management, monthly blog writing, advanced automation, or major revisions unless separately purchased.

Failure to maintain an active maintenance plan may result in suspension of hosting, support, updates, backups, or technical maintenance.

  • Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, logos, images, service details, contact information, account access, approvals, and any required materials in a timely manner.

Delays in providing required materials may delay project completion.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving website content, business details, pricing, claims, offers, legal notices, and industry-specific compliance requirements before publication.

  • Payments and Billing

All fees must be paid according to the pricing, invoice, order form, subscription plan, or written agreement provided.

Setup fees are generally due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly maintenance or service fees may be billed automatically on a recurring basis. By purchasing a recurring service, you authorize Rank It High or its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the billing schedule.

Past-due payments may result in paused work, suspended service, removal of access, or website suspension.

  • Cancellations and Refunds

All one-time website setup fees are non-refundable once the customer selects and approves a website template and Rank It High begins work.

Rank It High websites are template-based. The customer must choose and approve a website template before work begins. The final website will follow the approved template structure and design, customized with the customer’s business content, images, services, contact details, and approved information.

Monthly maintenance may be canceled, but cancellation will terminate hosting, SSL, backups, technical updates, website maintenance, form monitoring, support, and any connected automations included with the maintenance plan. If the website is hosted inside Rank It High’s managed Agent CRM, GoHighLevel, or compatible platform account, canceling maintenance may cause the website to be taken offline unless the customer transfers the website to their own compatible platform account.

If website transfer is technically available, the customer must create and maintain their own compatible Agent CRM, GoHighLevel, or supported platform account. Rank It High may transfer or share the website when possible, subject to platform limitations and any applicable transfer fees.

After cancellation, the customer keeps their domain name or URL if registered by the customer, their Google Business Profile, and content posted directly to their Google Business Profile. Customer lead data collected through website forms may be exported and provided as an Excel or CSV file upon request.

Monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins.

  • Revisions and Scope

Each package may include a limited number of revisions as described in the package details.

Additional edits, custom requests, new pages, redesigns, additional automation, content writing, SEO work, or marketing services outside the package scope may require additional fees.

Rank It High reserves the right to determine whether a request is within the original package scope or requires a separate quote.

  • Review Request Automation

Review request automation is intended to help businesses ask customers for honest feedback.

Clients agree not to use Rank It High services to create fake reviews, purchase reviews, pressure customers to leave positive reviews, discourage negative reviews, or selectively request reviews only from satisfied customers. Google prohibits businesses from offering incentives such as money, discounts, or free goods or services in exchange for reviews, and also prohibits selectively soliciting only positive reviews.

The FTC has also issued rules addressing fake reviews and testimonials, including prohibitions against buying or selling fake reviews.

  • No Ranking or Revenue Guarantees

Rank It High may provide basic local SEO setup, website structure, visibility tools, content support, Facebook visibility, review request systems, and lead follow-up systems.

However, we do not guarantee first-page rankings, specific Google placement, search traffic, leads, sales, calls, reviews, customer responses, revenue, or business growth.

Search engines, social media platforms, review platforms, and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties and may change their rules, rankings, algorithms, visibility, or account access at any time.

  • Third-Party Platforms

Rank It High may use or connect to third-party platforms, including hosting providers, domain providers, payment processors, CRM tools, email/SMS systems, Facebook, Google, and other online services.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, lost access, platform errors, billing changes, or decisions made by third-party platforms.

  • Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rank It High owns its templates, systems, processes, layouts, design methods, internal tools, automations, and original materials created before or outside a specific client project.

After full payment, the client may use the final website content and design created specifically for their business, subject to any third-party licenses, platform restrictions, or ongoing hosting/maintenance terms.

Clients may not resell, copy, distribute, or reuse Rank It High templates, systems, automations, or proprietary materials without written permission.

  • Directory and Group Conduct

Businesses listed in our directory or admitted to our Facebook groups agree not to post misleading claims, spam, illegal offers, offensive content, fake promotions, prohibited products or services, discriminatory content, or anything that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

Rank It High may remove listings, posts, access, or promotional features at any time if we believe the content is harmful, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our community standards.

  • Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank It High is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, lost rankings, business interruption, data loss, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client to Rank It High for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the previous three months.

  • Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rank It High from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your business information, website content, submitted materials, unlawful use of services, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws.

  • Changes to These Terms

Rank It High may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
