This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Rank It High website packages, setup services, monthly maintenance plans, automation services, directory services, and related website or marketing services.
By purchasing a Rank It High service, submitting payment, approving a template, or allowing work to begin, you agree to this policy.
No Refunds on Setup Fees
All one-time website setup fees are non-refundable once the customer selects and approves a website template and Rank It High begins work.
Rank It High website packages are template-based services. Before work begins, the customer must choose and approve a website template. The final website will be based on the approved template, with the customer’s business information, text, images, branding, services, contact details, and other approved content added.
Because setup work includes planning, template preparation, page setup, content placement, system configuration, form setup, automation setup, and other labor, setup fees are not refundable after work begins.
Template-Based Website Approval
The customer understands that Rank It High websites are built from pre-designed templates. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the selected template before work starts.
The finished website will follow the structure, style, and layout of the approved template, customized with the customer’s business content.
Template-based packages do not include custom website design from scratch, custom coding, unlimited design changes, or redesigning the approved template unless separately agreed to in writing and paid for separately.
Monthly Maintenance Cancellation
Monthly maintenance may be canceled by the customer, subject to any billing terms listed on the order form, invoice, or service agreement.
Canceling monthly maintenance means Rank It High will stop providing hosting, SSL, backups, technical updates, website maintenance, form monitoring, support, and any connected automations included with the maintenance plan.
If monthly maintenance is canceled and the website is hosted inside Rank It High’s managed platform account, the website may be taken offline, removed, or made inaccessible after the cancellation date unless the customer transfers the website to their own compatible platform account.
Website Transfer Option
If the website was built in Agent CRM, GoHighLevel, or another compatible platform that allows website sharing or transfer, the customer may request a website transfer.
To receive a transferred website, the customer must create and maintain their own compatible Agent CRM, GoHighLevel, or supported platform account. The customer is responsible for any fees charged by that platform.
Rank It High may share, transfer, or duplicate the website into the customer’s compatible account when technically possible. Transfer availability depends on the platform, account permissions, template compatibility, and any third-party limitations.
A website transfer may require an additional transfer or migration fee unless included in the customer’s package or written agreement.
What the Customer Keeps After Cancellation
After cancellation, the customer keeps ownership or control of:
Their domain name or URL, if purchased or registered by the customer
Their Google Business Profile
Business content created or posted directly on their Google Business Profile
Social media accounts owned by the customer
Customer data collected through website forms, exported and provided when available
Business information, text, images, and materials provided by the customer
Customer lead data collected through website forms may be exported and provided as an Excel or CSV file upon request.
What May Be Lost After Cancellation
If monthly maintenance is canceled and no transfer is completed, the customer may lose access to:
The hosted website
Website forms
Website hosting
SSL/security support
Backups
Technical maintenance
Lead capture forms
Review request automation
Lead follow-up automation
CRM pipelines or automation workflows
Any platform-based tools hosted inside Rank It High’s account
The customer is responsible for requesting any available data export before service termination.
No Guarantee of Continued Functionality After Transfer
If a website is transferred to the customer’s own Agent CRM, GoHighLevel, or other compatible account, Rank It High is not responsible for ongoing hosting, maintenance, automations, broken links, platform fees, software updates, third-party integrations, email/SMS tools, form delivery, or technical support after the transfer unless the customer purchases a separate support plan.
Some features, automations, forms, integrations, tracking tools, or design elements may need to be reconnected, reconfigured, or replaced after transfer.
Monthly Charges
Monthly maintenance charges are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins.
Canceling a monthly plan stops future billing but does not automatically refund payments already processed for the current billing period.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Rank It High first to resolve billing questions, cancellation requests, or service concerns before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Filing a chargeback after work has begun, after template approval, or after services have been delivered may result in suspension of website hosting, maintenance, support, automations, and access to services.
